Plot Summary:Loosely based on the life of Larry Eyler a serial killer who preyed on boys in the the 80's and early 90s. Payton Collins is a nightmare in sheep's clothing. Evil as they come, we follow his life from his young years, high school, college and into a series of killings that left Chicago a ghost town during his reign of terror. Using his sexuality his attacks are of an equal opportunity offender as he assaults women men and older gents while getting off on the power they give him.
